Focus Group
RCons conducts a focus group on a mild spring evening in the suburbs of Nowshera (Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa) as part of the MORE project. Various issues ranging from social to economis to political are discussed. The focus group is a very valuable method to gauge common perceptions.
Field Work
A member of the research team interviews a fruit vendor in Malakand District of Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa. The responses from the participant are then recorded on the questionnaire which will be handed over to the District station at the end of the day.
School Survey
A member of the research team looks on as a teacher at a girls' school in Bagh District fills the questionnaire. The project was carried out in the earth quake hit areas of Pakistan to gauge the education status of children by mapping out educational facilites.
Child Testing
Female students at a village school in the suburbs of Mansehra District undergo an exam conducted by RCons. The tests were carried out to gauge of the effects of the October 2005 earthquake on the quality of education in the affected areas.
Village School

Interviews
A face to face interview is being conducted by an RCons team member. The activity was carried out as part of NRSP's project on loan and training. The purpose of the interview was to gauge the effectiveness of the loan scheme.
Household Survey
A household survey was in progress when the photograph was taken. The surveys were carried under the MORE project in Hyderabad District. The purpose here was to ascertain the infrastructure requirements in the area.
Training
An official from RCons conducts a training session for the District Teams. Lectures on the implementation of a tool and other tasks to be carried out in the field for the upcoming project were delivered to train the teams.
Teams
The photograph was taken during a Q&A session at a Project Training. The teams are well staffed and given the highest quality training to ensure thorough professionalism and commitment.
Earthquake
An image of the devastation caused by the deadly October 2005 Earthquake that hit the northern regions of Pakistan. Intense land sliding caused entire settlements to be wiped off, painting a barren picture of the once populated mountaneous regions.
Affectees
Thousand of workers and labourers were rendered jobless and without any source of income following the 2005 earthquake. A large percentage is now living in extreme economic poverty.
Rehabilitation
Children in Bagh District sit outside their school building which was struck by the 2005 earthquake. Reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts have been painstakingly slow putting the children's lives at risk due to weakened building structures.
