Irfan Ahmed Director

Graduated from the University of the Punjab in 1996 and completed a post-graduate diploma in primary education from Ali Institute. He served the same institute, improving teacher training centers in 12 Punjab districts. He joined the LEAPS team in 2002 and is a founder member of RCons.

Sarfraz Bhatti Programme coordinator

graduated from University of the Punjab in 1996 and completed his masters from Imperial College for Business Studies in 2002. He joined the LEAPS team in 2003 and was hired as the District Coordinator, Attock for the project. He is also one of the founder members of RCons.

Kashif Abid Programme coordinator

Graduated from Helliay College, University of the Punjab in 1999, and earned his master's from SYSTEX College for Computer Sciences in 2001. He began his career at Idera Taleem o Agahi as IT Coordinator. In 2003, he joined the LEAPS team as District Coordinator, Faisalabad, and co-founded RCons.

Naveed Rasool Programme Coordinator)

Graduated from the University of the Punjab in 2002 and earned a Master’s in Political Science in 2006. He joined RCons in December 2006 and works as a Project Coordinator. He has extensive experience in conducting training sessions, designing questionnaires, and field monitoring.

Abdul Basit Project Coordinator

Graduated from the University of the Punjab in 2002 and completed his Master’s in Political Science in 2006. He joined RCons in December 2006 and works as a Project Coordinator. He has extensive experience conducting trainings, designing questionnaires, and field monitoring.

Kashif Nisar Data Manager

Graduated from the University of the Punjab in 2002. He joined RCons in December 2006 and currently works as a Data Manager. He possesses strong skills in STATA, Microsoft Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access, contributing to efficient data management and analysis within the organization.

Usama Ahmed Software Developer

Graduated in Information Technology from the University of Agriculture, Multan in 2019. He joined RCons in March 2021 and currently works as a Software Developer. His expertise includes back-end technologies like PHP, MSSQL, MySQL, the Laravel framework, and mobile development using Java and Android Studio.

Tahir Ansari Finance Manager

Completed his B.Com in 1998 and joined Fatima Jinnah Old Graduate Association as an Accountant. In 2003, he joined the LEAPS team as the project Accountant. His experience in financial management and accounting contributed to the effective handling of project finances and administrative tasks.
